VegfestUK’s vegan Trade and Consumer shows at Olympia London in October offer a number of volunteering roles for anyone who would like to play a part in creating a wonderful experience for our guests and visitors.

Times during which volunteers are needed include

– Thursday Oct 19th setup (10am – 8pm)
– Friday Oct 20th Trade show (8:15am – 6pm) and Consumer show setup (10am – 6pm)
– Saturday Oct 21st Consumer show (9:15am – 6pm)
– Sunday Oct 22nd Consumer show (8:15am – 5pm)
– Sunday Oct 22nd Consumer show breakdown (5pm – 8pm)

Volunteering roles include
– putting up signage posters during setup
– helping distribute tables and chairs during setup
– scanning tickets / guest passes at the entrances
– distributing show guides / event programmes
– taking care of talks/ cookery demos / cinema / main stage etc
– handing out visitor booklets
– keeping an eye on our storage area
– looking after the Kids Area
– monitoring cleanliness of our seating areas

(Note: roles subject to small changes and further additions as we approach the event)

Each volunteer who volunteers for a half day shift receives free entry to the event for the day of volunteering. (those who volunteer on setup days will receive free entry for 1 of the 2 Consumer event days)
