Visitors with Disabilities

VegfestUK Trade have in place a number of measures to ensure that visitors with disabilities are welcome

Disabled parking is available at Olympia London’s on-site car park. Information on parking there (including tariffs, location, booking form) is at the link here. Please note that parking at this car park needs to be pre-booked.

Priority entry is available for visitors with disabilities, mobility scooters or wheelchairs.

Visitors with disabilities will be welcome to come to the front of any queues at all times.

Visitors with invisible illnesses are welcome to request priority entrance or assistance.

There are some seating areas in the foyer on the Hammersmith Road Entrance if people wish to be seated before the venue is open for general admission.

4 elevators are available in the Central Hall for access from the Hammersmith Road entrance on the ground floor to Central Hall Level 1 and the Conference Centre at Level 3.

In each talks room / cinema with rows of seating, there is priority seating for visitors with disabilities in the front row of the talks rooms, and 2 spaces (or more if required) for wheelchairs/mobility scooters available. If you would like to sit in the front row, please make yourselves known to stewards in the talks room in question, and priority seating will be arranged.

Disabled toilets are clearly marked on printed visitor booklets (to be handed out to visitors at the entrance) as well as on the maps on signage posters erected on the walls of the venue.

If you have any requests, concerns, or questions please email [email protected] in advance of the event, thanks
