Stall options

VefestUK Trade 2017 will consist of space for altogether 160 stalls which are either open 1 side or corner pitches. Each stall comes with a shell scheme and a nameboard displaying the name of your brand, plus carpet, and an entry into the show guide and on the website.

Sizes

Options for stall sizes include:

• 2m frontage x 2m depth
• 3m frontage x 2m depth
• 3m frontage x 3m depth

Stalls can also be customised to include 4m x 2m, 6m x 2m or 6m x 3m if required.

Trade & Consumer

There are options available for either exhibiting at the Trade event only on the Friday October 20th 2017, or exhibiting at both the Trade event and the Consumer event, which takes place on the Saturday October 21st 2017 and the Sunday October 22nd 2017 at Olympia London (West and Central Halls on level 1 and the Conference Centre on Level 3).

If you choose to exhibit at both the Trade and the Consumer events, you can either book the same stall for the whole 3 days, or move your stall during the changeover from the Trade event to the Consumer event. 

Carpet (for the Trade event)

The whole exhibition floor for the Trade event will be carpeted.

Please note that the West Halls Level 1 (for the Consumer show) is not carpeted.

• tables & chairs
• fridges
• secure broadband internet
• shell scheme fittings
• electricity & lighting
• parking
• hotel

Stall prices

Note: all prices subject to 20% VAT

Please note: there is the option of booking a stall at the Trade show at £300 + vat if you pursue any of the following options for all 3 days (Trade and Consumer):

• a 2m x 2m shell scheme open 1 side stall (at the Trade show) and a 2m x 2m space only stall on Level 3 (at the Consumer show) – total £500 + vat
• a 2m x 2m shell scheme open 1 side stall (at the Trade show) and a 2m x 2m space only stall on Level 1 (at the Consumer show) – total £700 + vat
• a 2m x 2m shell scheme open 1 side stall (at both the Trade and Consumer shows) – total £900 + vat
