Olympia London traffic booking system

Olympia London has in place an online traffic booking system where anyone who is bringing a vehicle on site to unload/load for VegfestUK Trade 2017 will need to book a time slot. This will ensure that when you come to site you are able to unload straight away without any delays.

To book your time slot please log on to http://voyagecontrol.com/olympialondon using Google Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser, which will take you to the page to register and book your vehicles in. This link will be live for bookings for unloading & loading from Monday September 25th.

For a few users with older versions of Internet Explorer, a message will appear to say you are unable to access the booking system. If you are unable to access using Google Chrome or Firefox then please click on the help link in the message. This will open up a pop up form where you can submit your details and Carbon Voyage will then make the booking for you based on availability of time slots. You will then receive a confirmation email and an email with your vehicle pass attached.

When you have registered on the system, please select VegfestUK Trade/London on the drop down list of shows. You should alsoselect the Blue Zone (if you are located in Olympia Central / Conference Centre) / Green Zone (if you are located in Olympia West) and make a note of your stand number. You will then be asked for your vehicle and driver details.

You can then choose the date and time you want to book from the available time slots. (Please note: for Consumer show only exhibitors, if you are planning to set up on the Saturday or the Sunday, please select “Restock” rather than “Build” or “Breakdown” to find your preferred time slots.)

You can book your drop off for the setup and collection for the breakdown at the same time and print off your vehicle pass directly from the site.  The vehicle pass must be printed off and taken to unloading gate G for identification by gate staff.

Please note: you must book both load-in and load-out slots using Olympia London’s traffic booking system.

There is a time limit of 30 mins unloading time for cars, 1 hour for vans & medium trucks and 2 hours for large lorries. Once you have unloaded your vehicles you will need to remove it from the unloading space – for information about parking, please visit www.olympia.co.uk/visiting/parking/book-parking. Failure to do so may result in your vehicle not being able to come onto site for the pull out.
