Val was GreenBay’s first addition to the GreenTeam, and joined them in September 2016 just a few weeks after they opened. She has been vegan for a couple of years now, and very quickly became very passionate about it. She describes herself as a very lively and happy person, but also shy sometimes, who enjoys meeting new people, eating out and supporting new and independent vegan eateries, as well as joining in activism whenever time allows.
