Simon is Veganuary’s Chief Executive. He became vegetarian aged seven and went vegan in 2012 having met a number of inspirational vegans. A lifelong environmentalist with a background in voluntary sector management, he loves travel, wildlife, the outdoors and words. He still believes we can change the world.
