SETH Tibbott is the founder and UK export manager of the Tofurky Company which is one of the largest and oldest producers of plant-based proteins in North America and in the world. Seth’s journey began in 1980 when he invested his life savings of $2500 to start commercially producing organic tempeh at a local co-op cafe near Portland, Oregon. For 15 years of making tempeh he was living the dream but losing his shirt financially. The company’s fortunes changed forever in 1995 with the introduction of the first Tofurky roasts. Today, Seth’s stepson Jaime Athos is the CEO of this pioneering, innovative and family owned and independent company.
