Founder of Coffee & Cheese
Pedro is a vegan coffee guy.
He spent over 10 years working in hospitality-related businesses in the UK, Italy and his home country, Chile.
He founded Coffee & Cheese because he wanted to combine his passion for coffee and the need to bring outstanding vegan cheese.
He absolutely loves giving barista training (which is free to all Coffee & Cheese customers). He designed the training to show how vegan hot drinks can be absolutely simple to make and delicious to taste.
Besides coffee, his company offers a wide array of products to set up a full, efficient and tasty vegan cafe.
Founded in 2015, Coffee & Cheese has already experienced a tremendous growth and keeps growing at a consistent pace each month.
This is due to the team dedication and hard work, as well as to loyal and amazing customers. Thanks to them and their requests, Coffee & Cheese’s portfolio has expanded considerably, and is now able to offer vegan community’s favourites (meat alternatives, mayo, creams etc.)
