Vegan for over 30 years, he has extensive experience at a senior management/director level, working in the leisure, hospitality and food/beverage industry, and has recently set up the UK’s first crowdfunded vegan company, One Planet Pizza. One Planet Pizza, which is already the leading frozen vegan pizza brand, hit its crowdfunding target within three days of going public, and was oversubscribed. It now has 104 investors from the UK, continental Europe and even Australia.
