Lyndon Hulme is the founder of Ethicoco, one of the few ‘bean to bar’ chocolate producers in the UK. After working as a web developer for fifteen years, and dissatisfied with the quality of dairy-free chocolate, what started as a hobby became a business with a strong focus not just on producing great tasting chocolate, but chocolate that was free from the dark side of mass production; deforestation, slavery and child labour.
