Jon is the founder of Matter Wholefoods and Matter Fastfoods.

With two UK firsts under Matters’ belt (1st organic veg-box service to be delivered by electric van & 1st 100% Vegan Chip Shop) in the relatively short time, since 2013 Jon has been a driving force for the vegan industry in Bristol. Raised as a vegan, Jon has always had a desire to help people, animals and the planet. With a background in Martial Arts and circus skills, Matter Wholefoods started as a gym called ‘School of Exceptional Arts’, and now incorporates the physical side of fitness with a healthy food shop, with a vegan and organic cafe. Buying your organic vegetables and vegan supplies in the same building as you do your yoga or fitness class… Possibly another UK first?
