The UK’s first dedicated vegan Trade show VegfestUK Trade is already helping bridge the gap between successive Consumer vegan events and the more expensive and established Trade events, with stalls at the Trade show costing as little as £300 plus VAT, and prime 3m x 3m spots being snapped up at £2,000 plus VAT for all 3 days (Trade and Consumer shows).

“One of the remits of VegfestUK Trade is to help smaller vegan businesses access Trade and Media professionals without having to pay thousands of pounds required to attend the major Trade shows in the UK,” says VegfestUK organisers, whose latest vegan Consumer event in Bristol was featured on ITV amongst other Media outlets.

“Many small businesses cannot afford to take the risk of outlay between £2,000 – £3,000 to attend these shows, with no guarantee of any orders from Trade professionals or buyers, or interest from Media. Indeed, it’s often the case that the smaller businesses are swamped by the bigger businesses and can barely attain a presence despite an outlay of thousands.

“VegfestUK Trade is positioned to allow small vegan business owners to exhibit on the Trade day for as little as £300 plus VAT with shell schemes and carpet, potentially accessing several thousand Trade buyers from not only the Natural Health sector and the retail outlets, but also cafes, hotels, hospitality, restaurants, caterers,  and many others looking for vegan options for an ever-increasing clientele.

It brings a really important dynamic to the whole show and it’s a really interesting aspect for potential Trade buyers to see this unique variety of brands at a Trade event.”

VegfestUK Trade will consist of space for altogether 160 stalls, plus 6 featured areas with talks and panels looking at all aspects of managing and growing a vegan business. This inaugural event is set to attract around 2,000 Trade and Media delegates looking for the latest vegan products in the market.
